It never made it to my place!!!!!!

I shot them a message on Instagram around 3pm to check if next day delivery was still an option, even though the site mentioned 12pm. They managed to help me out, and the top I received is of excellent quality and fits just right! Looking forward to placing another order!

Absolutely adored the blouse that came in, but it was a bit too large. I reached out to see if I could swap it for a smaller size, but I never got a response. Ended up having the blouse tailored. It's a lovely piece!

I sent back the outfit and honestly felt it was a tad expensive for what I got. The service was decent when I reached out to Nakita. There wasn’t a return label included. I had to cover the return shipping, which ended up costing me more than five bucks! I’m not sure I’d place another order.

Had a really bad time with customer service. It took 8 days for my order to arrive, and I wanted to swap it for a smaller size. Since I live close to their location, I thought I could just go in and do the exchange myself to speed things up (especially with an event coming up next week, and I can't wait that long!). But I got a bunch of excuses, including some about covid, even though the brand owner was attending events without any precautions. The only way to make my exchange quicker was to pay for next day delivery and cover my return shipping. Super disappointing service from a small business.

The blouse I got wasn’t great quality either, so now I’ll have to get it altered since I don’t have time to send it back.

I won’t be buying from them again.

I got the petal crop top in a size 4. Usually, I wear a size 4 petite, and this one fit just right. The top looks super flattering and is made of excellent quality. I’d definitely shop at The Naked Laundry again.

I decided to get some face masks from Naked Laundry since I was fed up with disposable ones. It was late in the day, so I reached out to them to check if I could still receive my order the following day. Nikita got back to me right away, saying she would make sure it happened! They showed up the next day, right on schedule, all nicely packaged, and I really enjoy wearing them! The fabric feels way better and doesn’t cause me to break out like the old masks did. Big thanks for the fantastic service!
